They went out of their way to make our booking possible after a mix up with another taxi firm. Can not thank them enough!! Driver was so lovely and was exactly where he said he would be for our return pick up. Thank you!!

We had to find a Taxi/Chauffeur service that would take us from Chesterfield to a city three hours away. We called Naylors as they appeared to offer this service and were nearby (we believe in supporting local businesses). A man answered the telephone and requested (with haste) that we apply on line and hung up the telephone. We filled in the online form as he requested and then waited for a response. He didn't respond to our request and therefore we missed our appointment the next morning. We called him again in the morning, to ask if this is their policy in treating potential customers, in which he 'BARKED' a response in a very agressive tone, shouting "WHAT NAME IS IT!!!!" If this is the way you aspire to run your business, it beggers belief how you have managed to aquire a 5 Star rating. We will not be using you any time now or in the future after causing unnecessary alarm and distress. Utterly Disgusting behaviour.

Long journey to Brighton and back to Dronfield - super comfortable Chris is a super good driver - really obliging and very patient and good humoured with a bunch of 16 of us girls. Will definitely be our first choice in the future thank you Chris you’ve been amazing

Having been let down by Halo I called Naylors in desperation as I needed to get my wheelchair-bound Mum to a hospital appointment. Very friendly driver arrived and couldn't have made things easier. I would totally recommend and will definitely use in future. Thank you Naylors Taxis.

We have personally been let down on 2 occasions, less than a month apart. The first time was an airport departure drop off, our driver did not arrive at the agreed collection time, we had to call him and we actually woke the driver up and he turned up 30 mins later. Luckily we had accounted for extra time otherwise it could have ended differently. The second occasion, the driver did not turn up for the return airport collection. When contacting the driver, it was advised they had not yet set off as they had ‘forgot’ about the airport pick up. Absolutely appalling from this company and would 100% not recommend. Avoid at all costs.

We used Naylors for our wedding in April 23. And the service was faultless. We needed 4 mini buses to pick up guest and get them to the venue 1 for day guests and 3 for evening guests. With all of our guests staying at different hotels within Chesterfield. Everyone got the the venue on time. In fact the evening guests were early! It ran like clock work. I highly recommend

Booked this company for return trip to Skegness for 4 of us one with mobility scooter. They arrived early the driver was very helpful and friendly. Return journey was the same. Will look to use them again and can't recommend them enough

I booked a wheelchair accessible taxi to take my mum from her house to a residential home. I made the booking on Sunday for the journey on Monday. Within minutes of sending in the booking form, I had a positive response from them. The taxi turned up in plenty of time and the taxi driver was very friendly and almost single handedly helped get my mum into her wheelchair before loading the wheelchair onto his taxi. He made her feel at ease, told her what he was doing and was really pleasant and polite. When we arrived at the care home, he made sure that she was ok before going back to Chesterfield. He made what could have been a stressful experience for my mum and me into a very positive experience. I have no problems in recommending them and would give them 5+ stars if I could.
